George S. Richards – Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Richards has over 23 years of retail and direct-to-consumer marketing and merchandising experience. He has spent the last 14 years creating the vision, strategy and organizational competencies that define Provell’s unique and leading competitive positioning among the country’s best-known customer relationship management service providers. Prior to his experience building and leading Provell, Mr. Richards held a variety of executive positions at Montgomery Ward Direct and Sears, Roebuck & Co., and was a senior consultant in the Consumer Interest Group practice at McKinsey & Company, Inc. in New York and Chicago. Over the course of his career, he has also served as an independent strategic advisor to Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and the family of Greta Garbo, among other internationally-recognized and premier brand owners, on their licensing, direct-to-consumer, and retail merchandising and marketing strategies.

Mr. Richards holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, and an MBA, with Distinction, both from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
